Unbeaten Nunn Will Box Watts Jan. 2

Unbeaten middleweight Michael Nunn (27-0, 18 knockouts) will defend his North American Boxing Federation title Jan. 2 at the Reseda Country Club in a 12-round fight.
Nunn’s opponent will be Kevin Watts (17-3-1, 9 knockouts) of Pleasantville, N.J., ranked ninth by the NABF.
Nunn, of North Hollywood, is No. 2 in the World Boxing Council rankings and is rated No. 3 by both the World Boxing Assn. and the International Boxing Federation.
