Santa Ana Office Building Nearly Done

French Park Place, a $5-million office building in Santa Ana’s French Park historical area, will be completed this month, according to developers Larry Moore and Bob Hall.
The two-story, 26,686-square-foot structure at 950 N. Spurgeon St. complements the circa-1900 architectural style of the area and provides office suites ranging in size from 800 square feet to full floors of more than 10,000. Burke Commercial Real Estate in Orange is the exclusive leasing agent.
