David Krar Hutton has been named chief executive of Terminal Data Corp., effective Feb. 1, to succeed Michael Rothbart, who remains chairman. Krar Hutton previously worked for NCR Corp., most recently as general manager of the financial systems division, engineering and manufacturing operation in Ontario, Canada. Terminal Data Corp., based in Simi Valley, designs and manufactures automated micrographic and electronic document image processing products.
