A qualifying meet for the Feb. 19 Times/GTE Indoor Games will be held Saturday at Cal State Long Beach. The meet, open to all college, junior college and club athletes, will determine qualifiers for the Olympic development portion of the Indoor Games, to be held at the Forum.
Events to be contested are men’s 60-meter dash, 60-meter hurdles, 400 meters, 800 meters, mile, 3,000 meters, 640-meter sprint relay and mile relay; and women’s 60-meter dash, 60-meter hurdles, 400 meters, 800 meters, 640 sprint relay and mile relay.
No pre-registration is necessary, but athletes must check in by 10:30 a.m.
