College Basketball : SCC Falls, 92-87, to Azusa Pacific

Bill DesRochers scored 24 points and Danny Scott 23 to lead Azusa Pacific College to a 92-87 Golden State Athletic Conference victory over Southern California College Tuesday at Azusa.
Todd Dixon’s 20 points led SCC (8-10, 3-2). John Mounce added 12 points for SCC.
Azusa Pacific (6-14, 4-1) led by 18 at halftime (49-31).
In a Golden State Athletic Conference women’s game:
Azusa Pacific 98, Southern California College 50--Azusa Pacific scored the first 15 points of the game at Azusa Pacific. Amy Walter scored 23 and Holly Ingersoll 16 for Azusa Pacific (11-5, 3-2). Gail Brown scored 14 for SCC (9-8, 0-4).
