Charles A. Musson, president and chief executive of Audiotronics, was elected to the additional post of chairman, succeeding Don E. Warner, who retired.
Audiotronics, a maker of audio-visual products based in North Hollywood, was founded 31 years ago by Warner.
The company also said William Y. Kim, its vice president, treasurer and controller, was elected to its board of directors.
