V. Patrick Hall has been named president and chief operating officer of TOLD Corp., a Newbury Park real estate developer.
Hall, 34, joined TOLD in 1982 as vice president of marketing and was promoted to executive vice president in 1986.
TOLD’s projects under construction include the Industrial Complex of Camarillo, a development of more than 65 facilities.
