Jeff Taggart, the Canisius College basketball player who collapsed during a game Saturday, had no illegal drugs in his body and died of natural causes, the Buffalo (N.Y.) News reported.
Dr. Sung-ook Baik, an associate chief medical examiner, told the newspaper that autopsy tests revealed that Taggart, 20, died of a long-term heart problem caused by athletic activity.
