Local news in Brief : Huntington Beach : Ideas Sought by Group Seeking Pier Rebuilding

The PIER Group (Persons Interested in Expediting Reconstruction) will meet Tuesday night to discuss fund-raising ideas for rebuilding the city’s pier, which was partially washed away in January by storm waves.
The public is invited to the 7 p.m. meeting, which will be in room B-7 of Huntington Beach City Hall, 2000 Main St.
