Western observers have been invited to watch a 7-day military exercise involving 17,400 Czechoslovak and Soviet troops in northern Bohemia next week, the Czechoslovak Ceteka news agency said. Meanwhile, the last of the 39 Soviet SS-12 nuclear missiles stationed in Czechoslovakia were withdrawn to liquidation sites in the Soviet Union as part of the U.S.-Soviet treaty signed in December.
