Nevada Las Vegas guard Keith James will miss any West Regional games the Rebels play in the NCAA basketball tournament because of infectious mononucleosis, UNLV trainer Jerry Koloskie said. Koloskie said the 6-foot 6-inch junior could be examined again and could possibly play if the Rebels made it to the Final Four in Kansas City next month.
