Archuleta Will Design Shopping Center in Vista

Millard Archuleta Architects, Los Angeles, will design the $14-million Melrose Village Plaza, at Melrose Drive and Live Oak Road, Vista, according to the developer BCE Development Co., Irvine.
The project, to be built on a 12-acre site, will include about 150,000 square feet of retail space.
Construction is scheduled to begin July 15 with completion set for March, 1989.
