Reagan Names Deputy

WASHINGTON — President Reagan today named a former deputy California attorney general, Phillip D. Brady, 36, as deputy counsel to the President. Brady has been deputy assistant to Vice President George Bush since 1985. Before that he was in the Justice Department.
