She may have lost Prince Andrew, but actress Koo Stark picked up “substantial” cash, her lawyer said Wednesday, by way of libel damages and a public apology from a London tabloid, the Star, which claimed she was bitter over losing out in love to Sarah Ferguson. Star owner Express Newspapers, apologized for the article headlined “She’s welcome to him . . . “ in February, 1986.
