Unisys Corp. reported a 35% rise in income to $149.3 million for the first quarter, compared to $110.2 million for the same period last year. The Blue Bell, Pa., computer maker, formed in 1986 from the merger of Burroughs Corp. and Sperry Corp., attributed its performance to the strength of its international business and a restructuring undertaken after the merger.
