Harold Faltermeyer, Maurice Jarre and Ennio Morricone, who composed the scores to, respectively, “Beverly Hills Cop II,” “Fatal Attraction” and “The Untouchables,” were among those honored at the third American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers awards dinner Wednesday at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Also named: Georges Delerue (“Platoon”) and Marvin Hamlisch (“Three Men and a Baby”). Henry Mancini, multiple Oscar-winner for scores to such films as “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” and “Victor/Victoria,” was presented with ASCAP’s Golden Soundtrack Award.
