Investors Purchase Long Beach Building

Investors Stuart Klabin of Los Angeles and Larry Shields of New York have purchased the Signal America Building in Long Beach in a sale/leaseback transaction valued at $6.9 million.
Signal America will continue using the building, at 2165 E. Spring St., as corporate headquarters for its direct-mail operations. Klabin’s firm, The Klabin Co. of Inglewood, represented the buyers; Barry Associates of Torrance represented Signal America.
