Warren W. Quinley has been elected managing partner of the accounting and consulting firm Pannell Kerr Forster. Charles Kaiser Jr., who has served as the firm’s managing partner for the past 15 years, chose not to run. Kaiser was named chairman of the firm’s national council. Quinley previously was the partner in charge of the Atlanta office.
