Thank you for your support of the proposed Eastman School plan for bilingual instruction. If your figures are correct, the cost of this program will be $13.63 per pupil per month ($20 million divided by 163,000 pupils divided by 9 months). This appears to be a nominal expenditure for such a proven approach to learning.
