Beverly Investment Properties, Pasadena, has named Milton J. Brock Jr. president and chief executive. Brock succeeds Sam Brooks, who was elected chairman. David Banks, president of Beverly Enterprises, resigned as chairman of Beverly Investment Properties but will continue as a director. Brock, a director of the company since its organization in 1985, is the retired chairman of M. J. Brock & Sons Inc., a building development company. Ronald W. Beasley has been elected vice president-finance and treasurer. Beasley previously was the chief development officer for Beverly Enterprises.
