Superior is a Van Nuys-based company that manufactures wheels, seat belts and other automotive parts.
For the first quarter ended March 31, Superior earned $3 million, or 53 cents a share, on revenue of $46 million.
The Arkansas plant will be Superior’s seventh manufacturing facility.
