A Libyan national has been ordered out of Britain “because his presence is not conducive to the public good for reasons of national security,” the Home Office said. Hadi Issa Grada was served with a notice of deportation and is presently under detention, a Home Office spokesman said. No details were disclosed, and the nature of his business was not immediately known. Britain broke diplomatic relations with Libya in 1984 after the a British policewoman was shot and killed outside the Libyan mission in London.
