Jack H. Oldham, a partner in the Orange County office of Kenneth Leventhal & Co., has been appointed national tax director of the firm’s 12 offices nationwide. He succeeds Bernard Lemlech, who is retiring from the Los Angeles office. Oldham, who has been in charge of the Newport Beach office’s tax practice since 1984, will retain his previous responsibilities as well as oversee development of new tax strategies, technical implementation of tax laws and coordination of resources and information among the firm’s offices and tax clients. Kenneth Leventhal is an accounting firm, specializing in real estate and related financial services.
