Andrew S. Prokop was named to the new position of area vice president for Carl’s Jr. Restaurants. He will be responsible for the development of outlets in Northern California. Prokop began at Carl’s Jr. as director, regional operations, for Orange County in 1986. Before that, he was Straw Hat Pizza regional vice president for Southern California. Carl’s Jr. Restaurants are owned and franchised by Carl Karcher Enterprises of Anaheim.
