Tokyo-based ALPS Electric has named Suetomo Kameoka as president and chief executive of the company’s U.S. subsidiary ALPS Electric (USA), which is based in San Jose. The parent company is the world’s largest producer of electronic and electromechanical components. Kameoka, 44, most recently was executive vice president and general manager.
