Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will sell its 1,750-mile All-American Pipeline, which it started building three years ago, to pay off debts. The $1-billion pipeline project was started to transport oil from the West Coast to refineries in Texas, said Goodyear spokesman John Perduyn. The pipeline currently extends 1,200 miles from Santa Barbara to McCamey, Tex., and is pumping 70,000 barrels of oil a day on a test basis, he said.
