International Video Sells Subsidiary for $23 Million

International Video Entertainment, a Newbury Park subsidiary of Lieberman Enterprises in Minneapolis, Minn., has sold its Video Technology Services in Newbury Park for $23 million to Rank Video Services America.
Video Technology Services duplicates videocassettes.
Rank Video is part of Rank Organization, a British company. Lieberman, which is 49% owned by Carolco Pictures, sells records, cassette tapes, compact discs, videocassettes and computer software to stores.
