Bruce Bearer Jr. has been named vice president of development and operations for Nexus USA, an Irvine-based real estate company. Bearer joined Nexus as a marketing associate in 1984. He was appointed project coordinator in 1985 and in 1986 became director of development. Before joining Nexus, he was a property manager of retail and commercial projects for Gramercy Enterprises in Los Angeles.
