L.A.’s Greatest

I am shocked that the best performer, songwriter and musician of the ‘70s and ‘80s was not even mentioned in the article.
I’m speaking of a man who has literally written hundreds of songs that other artists have performed as well as himself. He has had a profound impact on people of my generation and has raised the level of awareness by directing the Musicians United for Safe Energy campaign (MUSE) which led to him headlining the No Nukes concert in 1979. He always reaches sell-out proportions at all his concerts and has fans worldwide. I am proud to acknowledge Jackson Browne as one of my Top 10.
