Woodbridge Dominates San Clemente for 22-6 Win

Woodbridge High School defeated San Clemente, 22-6, Friday night before about 1,500 at Irvine High School.
San Clemente took the lead in the first quarter on a three-yard run by tailback Marc Bohn. Bohn set up the touchdown with a 32-yard run on the previous play.
The extra-point attempt failed after San Clemente was penalized five yards for illegal procedure.
Woodbridge tied the score on a 22-yard option pass from running back Scott Seymour to Ryan Nash. Justin Fisher’s extra point gave Woodbridge the lead, 7-6.
Woodbridge scored again on quarterback Fred Schweer’s two-yard run in the third quarter. Schweer passed for 220 yards, completing 17 of 32 passes with no interceptions.
Woodbridge added a safety in the fourth quarter when San Clemente snapped the ball out of the end zone on a punt attempt.
Woodbridge added its final touchdown on a 35-yard interception return by Nash.
