Firm Targets Asian Customers

Milton Cole, president of Trans State International Inc., a Cincinnati-based real estate firm, has initiated a real estate venture designed specifically for the Japanese and Asian real estate investor interested in purchasing properties in the United States as a long-term investment.
It has taken Cole two years to develop his concept with the assistance of Toyoaki Kuroda, a Japanese licensed real estate broker who in partnership with Cole, has opened and staffed a Tokyo branch of the new venture.
By Nov. 1, Cole and Kuroda will bring a group of Japanese investors to the United States to be shown potential real estate investments. The investment tour is expected to take 10 to 12 days and will cover pre-selected areas of Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix and Las Vegas.
