Chula Vista Man Killed, Six Injured in L.A. County Crash

LA MIRADA — A Chula Vista man was killed and six people were injured Saturday night when a car plowed into the back of a pickup truck that had slowed to look at an accident on the Santa Ana Freeway in Los Angeles County, authorities said.
Isadoro Levy, 28, was fatally injured when his car rear-ended the pickup truck on the southbound Santa Ana Freeway near the Valley View exit about 11:50 p.m., California Highway Patrol Officer Monty Keifer said. Levy died about 90 minutes later at La Palma Medical Center.
Four passengers in his car were taken to hospitals; two were critically injured.
The pickup truck driver and his passenger suffered minor injuries and were treated at La Mirada Hospital.
