Investment Group Boosts Computer Memories Stake

A group of New Jersey investors headed by Sun Equities Corp. has bought an additional 391,206 shares of Computer Memories, raising its stake to 30.5% in the former Chatsworth disk-drive maker.
In Securities and Exchange Commission filings, the group, which controls Computer Memories, said it paid $579,606 for the stock. The group now owns 3.7 million shares.
