An unidentified man who was running across Interstate 5 was killed by a hit-and-run driver late Tuesday, the California Highway Partol reported.
A deputy coroner said the victim was about 18, has a tattoo of a cross on his left hand and one that reads “Adriana” on his back.
The accident occurred at 11:20 p.m. north of Dairy Mart Road, the CHP said.
