‘Real Test’ Begins for George Bush

The presidential election, and all the choices for offices and propositions that took place in this election have made me realize the pride I have in my convictions. I am a Democrat, a “liberal,” and a “card-carrying member of the American Civil Liberties Union.” I can look the winners of this presidential election right in the eye and say, “You have made me grateful to know that I am ‘part’ of the Americans who really care, and love, and are honestly concerned for my fellow man.”
