Santa Monica : Water Conservation Kits

The Santa Monica Area Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the city, is offering free water conservation kits at its office, 1460 4th St.
The kits are designed to conserve water by inserting a toilet dam in toilet tanks. The kit also contains a tablet to test for leaks in the tank, replacement washers for dripping faucets and shower head flow restricters.
