British Princess Beatrice to Be Baptized Dec. 20

LONDON — The 16-week-old daughter of the Duke and Duchess of York, Princess Beatrice, is to be baptized Dec. 20 by the Archbishop of York, Dr. John Habgood, a spokesman for Buckingham Palace said today.
The private ceremony will be in the Chapel Royal of London’s St. James’s Palace. The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Robert A. K. Runcie, christened Queen Elizabeth’s four other grandchildren.
