Welfare Mothers and Education
Too bad we don’t have more judges like Judge Murphy. Our welfare costs would decrease on women like Shelly Anderson, who believes that welfare is a grant to finish her education. It makes taxpayers like myself angry that there are healthy people on welfare who shouldn’t be. Like Thomas said, “Find a full-time job and get off aid.” Like a lot of taxpayers, we cannot afford to send our children to college and they in turn have to work their way through one. So why should a healthy woman be able to use the welfare system as a school grant?
