Arafat’s Address to the United Nations

I am a registered Democrat who voted against Reagan both times he ran for President. Nonetheless, I am appalled by Conrad’s cartoon.
This cartoon is beyond the bounds of good taste and rational discussion and it is an outrage. It is most unfortunate that this is not the first time that The Times has permitted itself to be used by Conrad as a forum for such outrageous messages.
