A federal judge issued a restraining order against Tyson Foods Inc., saying the company may have violated federal securities law to gain an undue advantage over Omaha-based ConAgra Inc. in their billion-dollar fight to acquire rival poultry processor Holly Farms Corp. Springdale, Ark.-based Tyson, which has offered to buy Holly Farms for $1.15 billion, was ordered to refrain from making false, misleading, inaccurate or incomplete statements involving Holly Farms, Memphis, Tenn.
