Paramount Pictures Corp. appointed Thomas A. Zimmerman vice president, corporate controller. He will be responsible for motion picture, studio and corporate finance, and general accounting for the Hollywood-based unit of Gulf & Western. He joined Paramount from Maxicare, where he was chief financial officer.
