Pilot of Crashed MIG-29 Leaves Paris Hospital

PARIS — Soviet air force pilot Anatoly Kvotchur, injured when he ejected from his MIG-29 fighter jet just before it crashed at the Paris Air Show, was released Friday from a French military hospital, the Soviet Embassy said.
Kvotchur, 37, was conscious and talking when he was airlifted to Begin Military Hospital with stomach injuries minutes after his malfunctioning jet hit the ground and exploded Thursday at the air show at Le Bourget airport.
