Newport Beach : Police Explorer Post Will Make Safety Run

Police Explorer Post 1050 will participate in a safety run between Pomona and Yosemite National Park beginning Monday morning.
The winner of the 36th annual road rally, staged by the Police Advisory Council for Car Club Safety, will be the car recording the best time while obeying all speed and vehicle laws.
The post has won trophies in each of the last nine years it has participated.
