Traditional Industries named Alan F. Kane as president and chief operating officer of the Agoura Hills-based marketer of photographic products. Kane, who previously headed two Traditional subsidiaries, will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations.
Arland D. Dunn remains chairman and chief executive, and will focus on sales and product development. Kane succeeded Dunn as president, and the chief operating officer’s post is a new one at Traditional.
Richard Grace, a Traditional director, will assume added responsibilities for financial planning and investor relations.
