Beverly Enterprises: The Pasadena long-term health-care company said it had a $929,000 profit in the third quarter, contrasted with an $11-million loss a year earlier due to restructuring charges. Revenue grew 3% to $533 million. The latest results were attributed to the sale of some facilities.
