Arcadia 31, Hoover 10--Arcadia quarterback Gino Aluzzi completed 10 of 16 passes for 175 yards and one touchdown at Glendale High.
Running back Tom Pescatello rushed for 71 yards and three touchdowns in 15 carries for Arcadia (6-1, 2-0).
Hoover (2-5, 2-0) took a 7-0 lead on a four-yard run by Ara Balkian with 1:48 to play in the first quarter. Arcadia then scored 31 unanswered points.
