Face-Lift: Union Bank Square on Main Street in Orange will undergo a $12-million renovation. Built in the 1960s, the three buildings were bought by 500 South Main Street Associates in 1984. The owners will add landscaping, renovate public lobbies and add a row of palm trees. Turner Construction is general contractor on the job.
