Agoura 35, Calabasas 10--Visiting Agoura (7-2, 4-1) took advantage of four consecutive Calabasas turnovers to score two touchdowns late in the second quarter. With Agoura leading, 7-3, running back Dave Caramanis scored his first of two touchdowns on a five-yard run.
After linebacker Matt Currie pounced on a Calabasas fumble, quarterback Josh Smaler threw a 28-yard touchdown pass on the next play to wide receiver Greg Ochoa to give Agoura its second score in a 40-second span.
Smaler, who was five of 14 for 130 yards and ran for one touchdown, connected with Ochoa on a 41-yard touchdown pass early in the fourth quarter for Agoura’s last score.
Caramanis carried 11 times for 74 yards and two touchdowns, his last touchdown a 13-yard run.
