Hosts Chosen for ACE Awards: Talk show hostess Dinah Shore, “My Two Dads’ ” Paul Reiser, MTV’s “Downtown” Julie Brown and ex-quarterback Joe Namath will host The 11th annual ACE Awards, cable television’s version of the Emmys, which will be telecast live from Los Angeles Jan. 14 at 5 p.m. The show will be carried simultaneously on 12 cable networks: American Movie Classics, Bravo, Black Entertainment Television, CNBC, Discovery, The Family Channel, Lifetime, Movietime, Nickelodeon, SportsChannel American, TBS and TNT. Vanessa Redgrave, Charlton Heston, Blair Brown and Roy Firestone are among those who will serve as presenters.
