The 1990 Tournament of Roses Parade : Parade Floats on Display

The Rose Parade floats will be open for public viewing today on Sierra Madre Boulevard between Washington Boulevard and Sierra Madre Villa Avenue in Pasadena.
Viewing begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. There will be special access for the handicapped between 8 and 9 a.m.
